Our state of the art conference room in Leicester city centre is available to hire from for conferences, meetings & away days. The venue is located in an ornate old building in the City Centre.

Why choose us?
Our prices are extremely competitive and can be fully inclusive of lunch and refreshments. As we are a not-for-profit organisation, revenue generated by the hire of the meeting room is re-invested straight back into our Community Fund, helping us to provide solutions for the everyday needs of the homeless and vulnerable in Leicester.
We have a few different price options available, depending on your needs.
For just the room (i.e. tea, coffee, biscuits, juice and water without additional catering):
£125 per half day
£220 per full day
For the room & catering:
From £25.00 per person
We can also offer a breakfast buffet should you wish to hire the conference venue for early starts.
